Event Manager
Hi, I’m Rhea Klansek—a sci-fi enthusiast and tech community builder with a passion for creating spaces where people can unlock their own “superpowers.” My journey started at the NASA Space Apps Challenge, where I collaborated on tech solutions for epilepsy, sparking my fascination with neuroscience and human potential. That experience led me to explore computational neuroscience and dive into applied research, where I became a finalist for the Science Breakthrough of 2020 at Falling Walls Berlin. But I didn’t stop there. I wanted to break boundaries, so I co-founded Neuro-Bootcamp to bring together bright minds from neuroscience and tech to push what’s possible and create a space for bold ideas to thrive.
Before Neuro-Bootcamp, I dipped my toes into the blockchain world at Hashmark, where I organized events like Token2049 in Singapore, immersing myself in the web3 community and seeing firsthand how these technologies could shape our future. I took that experience to Bitstamp, where I led product analytics to drive crypto adoption, making the tech more accessible and transparent. From marketing blockchain projects to developing neuro-tech solutions, my career has always centered on being at the forefront of innovation.
Anastasia Yatsko
CO-FOUNDER
Science Communicator
I'm Anastasia Yatsko, the Lead Science Communicator at Neuro-Bootcamp and a passionate advocate for bringing science closer to people. Currently, I’m wrapping up my Chemistry degree at the Technical University of Vienna, where I’ve been fortunate to work on exciting initiatives that bridge the gap between science, society, and sustainability.
As a youth consultant to UNESCO Club Vienna on the Global Citizens Platform, I organized the IYPT 2019 Symposium, “The Good, the Bad, and the Chemical,” in collaboration with TU Wien. This event was not just a symposium but a platform to champion women in science and explore the critical role that science plays in our everyday lives.
I’m also a co-founder of Earth Charter Austria, a volunteer-based non-profit that inspires action for a better world by promoting respect for nature, universal human rights, economic justice, and a culture of peace.
Most recently, I joined Merck Chemicals and Life Science in Austria as the Governance Functions Officer, where I’m eager to contribute to innovative projects that align with my passion for ethical science and societal well-being. Let’s connect and create meaningful change together!
